TS CHATTER is a simple application that runs along side a popular VOIP program called TeamSpeak and a Music software called WinAmp. When people are speaking this handy little the volume in WinAmp to allow the conversation to be heard while you listen to your favorite tune, then fades the sound back to a set volume.
